A minimum of 20% down payment is required on all special orders. Special orders are non-cancellable and do not qualify for exchanges or refunds. e.g.”Furniture, Custom sized Mattress and Memory Foam Mattresses”
All Sales Are Final
We do not exchange pillows, mattress protectors, clearance items or special ordered bases
Refund Policy
Once the sale has been made, no refund can be made. However, under certain circumstances, you will be issued a credit towards reselection.
Layaway Policy
If you have elected to purchase under our free layaway plan, the payment terms are printed on your invoice. If the mattress you selected is no longer available, we will substitute another mattress set of equal value. We do not issue refunds of any deposits no exceptions.
Mattresses
All mattresses are to be inspected and signed for when received. Customers must check mattress for damages before delivery is completed. Mattress warranties are for sink holes of 2 inches or greater. Mattresses will eventually form to a person’s body through time, this is normal. MATTRESS WARRANTIES WILL BE VOIDED AND NO LONGER AVAILABLE IF: Customer does not have original yellow copy of receipt, any types of Liquid Stains, Cuts, and Abuse to the mattress. If in any case customer needs to use warranty within the warranty time and are qualified to do so, customers will be responsible for a Restocking Fee and shipping to 1/2 Price Mattress and back to their residence. All mattresses returned under warranty must be shipped in original packaging. Any questions regarding exchanges, damages, or warranty please contact the 1/2 Price Mattress location nearest you.
Furniture
When purchasing any furniture, customers have 48 hours from receiving furniture to check for any damages or missing pieces. Customers will sign for all items being there in proper condition when delivered. If there is missing pieces or damages to furniture when inspected within 48 hours from receiving shipment, CALL YOUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE IMMEDIATELY.When returning furniture it MUST BE PUT IN ORIGINAL BOXES with no exceptions and furniture must not be assembled. Pictures of furniture in The 1/2 Price Mattress website are as accurate as possible and have a written description of the color they come in. We inspect all furniture before it is carefully packaged to help prevent damaged pieces. *Note; tiny chips in furniture are normal and may be manufactured this way. *Note; furniture might be a slightly different color due to lighting of picture.
